If returning your item, please return in a new and usused condition within 14 days of purchase. Simply email us through our 'CONTACT' page with your reason for return and contact details and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you'd like to exchange your item, let us know what you'd like to exchange it for and in what size and we can make the arrangements for you! 

P&P COST: £5 for UK orders. £15 for international orders. Every order is sent via recorded delivery to ensure your lingerie arrives safely, and on time. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation.  Orders may take up to 28 days to be dispatched during busy times. We appreciate your patience whilst we lovingly make your items.
