If you would like to return or exchange your items, please return to us in a new and unused condition within 14 days of receiving it. For return details, please email us at info@missvivienne.co.uk quoting your name and order number. If you'd like to exchange, please also include the item/s you'd like to exchange it for. 

Boudoir items are all ready to ship and can be on their way to you within just a few days of placing your order! However, if you order any boudoir items alongside our made to order lingerie, the 21 day lead time still applies.
