If returning your item, please return in a new and unused condition within 14 days of purchase. Simply email us quoting your order number, the items you are returning and your reason for return. Refunds can not be given whilst we make your pieces. Only after you have received your pieces can they be returned or exchanged. hygiene reasons we can not refund a thong, brief, bodysuit or stockings. Buyer pays return postage. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding fit and we will get back to you to ensure you choose the correct size. 


If you'd like to exchange your item, let us know what you'd like to exchange it for and in what size and we can make the arrangements for you! Orders can not be exchanged during our 21 day lead time as we may have already begun production. Make sure to quote your order number in your email. Please note we can not exchange a thong, brief, bodysuit or stockings due to hygiene reasons. Buyer pays return postage.


Please note that all lingerie is made to order and therefore can take up to 3 weeks to process, manufacture and dispatch. We appreciate your patience while we lovingly make your items. All orders are sent via recorded delivery. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email. Please don't hesitate to contact us with your order number if you are wondering where your goodies are!

If you have submitted incorrect delivery details or have not paid the required custom charges, you will need to pay for postage once more before we can redeliver. If the fault lies with us, we will of course pay for the redelivery ourselves. We can not refund an item if the required customs charges have not been paid for.
